Natasha Sharma

Today, on my birthday, I find myself reflecting on a journey that has been full of love, excitement, and continuous learning. Life, with its endless experiences, has shaped me into the person I am today, and there’s no better moment than now to express my gratitude.

My Mother has taught me to be forever grateful for life’s blessings, whether it’s the presence of loved ones, a roof over our heads, or the simple acts of walking and eating. As humans, we often take these gifts for granted and one thing I have learned from my journey so far is to cherish those seemingly ordinary moments. Growing older has discovered the true value of things that costs nothing but holds immense value. Coming to the states as an international student from India on a scholarship to navigating a new world, each step has been a dream fulfilled. The decision to step out of my comfort zone was not easy, but with the right people by my side, the journey became an enriching experience.

At Gentle Dental Care, I discovered a family I never knew existed. This place has become more than a workplace; it’s a community aligned with my passion for helping other. The compassion we share in making a positive impact on people’s lives resonates deeply with me. Beyond my role, I found joy in engaging with others, advocating for dental health, and contributing to the dental profession in any way possible. As I celebrate another year of life, I am grateful for the love, the challenges that shaped me, and the family I’ve found in unexpected places. May this year brings more opportunities to grow, learn and spread the warmth of compassion to those around me.

Cheers to another chapter in this beautiful journey! See you at Gentle Dental Care

My journey here at Gentle Dental Care has been insightful thus far, and that’s due to the fact that I’ve found a family here. I’ve met different types of personalities that people may choose to have and I’m glad to be able to see past the unpleasant parts, if any. I’ve grown as a person. I thought I had a grasp of the world before coming here but I was wrong. What makes us all here work together is that we all can actually understand people. We are not our bad day. I believe this is very crucial to dental practice, or any form of business because it helps us better connect with who we have a duty to help. Everyone’s happiness looks different. That’s what I’ve learned here. We continue daily to work together as a family does at home. As we should always try to do anyway no matter where we might find ourselves. In summary, we should all try to make the world a better place no matter how big or small your job title is. Actually, there are some people that do not even believe in job titles. No matter what you may believe, helping others is an essential part of life. Either by helping them get rid of decay in their mouth or passing better laws through the government, every small step matters. Anyway, I’m signing off now and I just want to make the word count. In conclusion, don’t beat yourself up as long as you work hard & celebrate harder. See you at Gentle Dental Care, you might not see me though because I might be in some back office room so you might miss me. 🙂
